Summary
Lead Academic Program Manager for WGU's MBA program responsible for end-to-end program lifecycle ownership, from market research and curriculum development through launch and post-launch optimization to drive student retention and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-definition research including market analysis and competitive positioning; build and launch curriculum with cross-functional teams; track post-launch adoption, student success metrics, and manage program-level P&L while driving continuous improvements.
Skills & Tools: Deep understanding of student learning outcomes, strong execution focus, superior communication and influence abilities, data-driven decision making, and capacity to manage ambiguity while driving measurable results.
Qualifications: Master's degree required with at least 4 years of relevant experience; preference for Doctorate and prior experience in online education program development.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Compensation: $119,400 – $185,100/year
