  • Improve forecast visibility and accuracy across Sales and Client Success.
  • Build tools that increase operational predictability and empower leadership planning.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecast analytics reviews with GTM leadership.

  • Create scalable reporting frameworks that simplify how GTM teams consume data.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of metrics across all reporting systems.

Data Infrastructure & Governance

  • Partner with Business Systems and Data teams to improve data definitions, data hygiene, and sources of truth.
  • Help design data models that support forecasting, segmentation, lead routing, and account strategy.

Team Leadership

  • Directly manage and develop a team of revenue analysts.
  • Establish weekly operating cadence, prioritization frameworks, and clear performance expectations.
  • Coach team members on analytical rigor, storytelling with data, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
  • Review analyses and models for quality, accuracy, and strategic clarity before executive distribution.
  • Balance reactive business requests with proactive analytical initiatives.
  • Build a scalable analytics roadmap aligned to company growth goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, precision, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance leaders to understand analytical needs and deliver insights that accelerate growth.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leaders and executives.
  • Influence strategic decisions through compelling, data-backed analysis.
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Analytics, Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing analytical teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; expert in Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Deep experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data structures, and objects.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and present insights clearly to leadership.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools/functions to advance reporting, dashboarding, analysis, etc
