Description: NOTE: This role is based in New York City and encourages a minimum of two days per week in the SoHo office. Some roles or teams may require additional in-office attendance if the essential functions of the role require it. THE OPPORTUNITY This position will support the team that sells to special markets accounts. The role will include supporting our in-house team and our commissioned rep gift sales force.

RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Support: assist in managing the commissioned gift rep sales force, including attending seasonal gift shows. Prepare title presentations for in-house accounts. Oversee event orders and author orders. Coordinate with internal teams—including customer service, Marketing, Publicity, and Marketing Operations. Conduct industry research to build leads and help identify new growth opportunities. Maintain account terms and grow key group accounts. Manage sample mailings and sales materials, collaborate Trade sales support team. Abilities: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical skills with attention to detail.
