Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Conversions Specialist to join our team. The position plays an essential role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency and cross-team collaboration, while developing strong product knowledge and identifying opportunities to improve offerings and internal processes. A day on the job looks like this:

Reviewing and processing incoming conversion requests to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to established guidelines
Partnering with colleagues across teams to support and grow Lakeshore’s overall strategy for product conversions
Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of Lakeshore offerings as well as relevant industry competitors to better support customer needs
Collecting and analyzing data across conversion requests to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improving products and solutions
