Anti-Money Laundering Trainer at Accenture responsible for designing and delivering structured AML training programs to enhance employee knowledge and compliance competency. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging, tailored AML training materials and deliver high-quality training sessions covering typologies, red-flag indicators, and regulatory requirements. Assess trainee progress, evaluate training effectiveness, provide one-on-one mentorship, and adapt approaches based on performance feedback.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of AML typologies, regulatory requirements, and operational compliance; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Requires critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in high-demand environments.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar training or AML role with prior operational experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred (High School Diploma minimum); full professional English proficiency (C1 level minimum).
Compensation: $65K–$95K/yr (estimated)

These professionals are responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs that aim to enhance knowledge, strengthen core skills, and drive high performance among trainees. Through a combination of theoretical guidance, practical application, and continuous feedback, Trainers contribute directly to building a capable and resilient workforce aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Designing training courses: Develop structured, engaging, and effective training materials tailored to operational needs and business requirements.

Leading training sessions: Deliver high-quality training sessions—both theoretical and practical—ensuring clarity, engagement, and knowledge retention.

Assessing and evaluating training effectiveness: Monitor trainee progress, measure outcomes, and adapt training approaches based on performance and feedback. Providing one-on-one mentorship: Offer personalized guidance and coaching to support individual development, address knowledge gaps, and reinforce learning. Core Competencies Strong and comprehensive understanding of AML typologies, key red-flags indicators, and regulatory requirements

  • prior operational experience is considered an advantage Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of seniority Flexible, proactive, and hands-on mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate efficiently in high-demand environments Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities to manage multiple training activities simultaneously Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Well-developed critical thinking and analytical mindset Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality What You  Bring  Education & Certifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred

Working Conditions: May be required to work on Client-observed holidays and local holidays
