Summary
The Training Coordinator leads employee and customer training initiatives across Heritage Tractor, developing curriculum and executing training programs critical to organizational growth and equipment investment education.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule employee training classes, develop role-based training paths, manage logistics for courses, organize customer training events, and partner with subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive training programs. Maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, ensure safety compliance, and support technician onboarding initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment, experience delivering training courses, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic repair tools like Service ADVISOR, and ability to operate Deere and competitive equipment.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with preferably an associate or bachelor's degree; valid driver's license required, CDL optional, and forklift certification preferred.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $42,000 – $58,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
