Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants in school settings, ensuring quality therapy services and professional development for clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise SLPA candidates according to state and federal guidelines, evaluate treatment decisions and therapy services, develop IEP goals, attend IEP meetings, and guide assistants' continuing professional development.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in speech-language pathology supervision, knowledge of ASHA and state guidelines, ability to evaluate clinical performance, and strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with current California SLP license and 5 years of post-CF experience required; ASHA certificate of competence recommended and completion of 6-hour supervision training required.
Location: Vallejo, California
Compensation: From $105K/yr
