Role Snapshot
Account Executive for HMH's K-12 edtech solutions, focused on small accounts in Illinois's Central Region. Drives student success by building relationships with educators and school administrators while managing business opportunities and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage complex deals, maintain accurate SFDC data, and develop tailored account plans. Foster long-term customer relationships, monitor industry trends, track KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Skills & Tools: Edtech sales expertise, consultative selling and complex deal management capabilities, strong system skills for online consultations, and excellent relationship-building abilities. Product knowledge and ability to communicate value propositions effectively required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; K-12 teaching experience preferred. Demonstrated edtech sales experience and experience with consultative selling processes essential.
Location: Illinois
Compensation: $50Kβ$53K/yr
