Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation of the 360Learning platform for clients, managing the complete onboarding lifecycle from sales turnover to go-live. Bridge communication across departments to ensure seamless client deployment and platform success.
Skills & Tools: Minimum 5 years consulting experience with SaaS product deployment, strong understanding of APIs and SSO configuration, and ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and capability to simplify complex information.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Preferred experience includes HR SaaS deployment, basic programming knowledge, data management capabilities, and strong presentation skills for executive audiences.
Location: Canada
Compensation: CA$80K–CA$130K/yr
