Summary

Front Desk Specialist at Western Governors University serves as the first point of contact for the executive floor, providing professional reception support and enhancing visitor experiences while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls to the virtual front desk, provide answers to inquiries, log call information, coordinate engagement activities, and identify workflow improvements. Respond to escalated calls, handle voicemails, train new staff, and suggest recommendations for process optimization.
Skills & Tools: Strong multitasking, exceptional communication, time management, organizational skills, and customer service focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with remote work and CRM systems preferred.
Qualifications: Three years of customer service experience in an office setting required. Experience with remote work and CRM systems is preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States of America
Compensation: $20.33 – $29.51/hour
