The Executive MBA Feedback Coach will evaluate and provide developmental feedback to executive-level students on writing, presenting, and facilitating professional communication skills at UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct standardized assessments and provide individualized coaching on writing, presenting, and professional Q&A facilitation skills. Deliver growth-focused feedback that recognizes student strengths while identifying areas for development.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in business communication, writing, and presentation coaching with ability to provide both standardized and customized feedback. Excellent interpersonal and assessment skills required to work with executive-level professionals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a related field, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead-worker capacity, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Compensation: $62.50/hr

Position Summary
The person in this role will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, and providing feedback for growth related to writing, presenting, and facilitating professional question-and-answer periods. Coaching will help executive-level students grow in their abilities while recognizing areas of current strength. Coaches must be able to provide standardized assessments alongside individualized feedback.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in the area of assignment, of which at least one is supervisory or in a lead-worker capacity; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
