Role Snapshot
The Pilot Manager, K-12 Sales (US) drives conversion of educational pilots for an EdTech company focused on K-8 literacy, working collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success teams to expand adoption across US schools.
Key Responsibilities: Drive pilot conversions through relationship management and account knowledge, work closely with Sales and Success colleagues, leverage product data and feedback to support conversions and identify risks, and serve as a customer-facing individual contributor.
Skills & Tools: Sales experience combined with customer success capabilities, strong understanding of EdTech SaaS platforms, project management abilities, and preferred expertise in reading assessment and data-driven instruction.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Sales or Customer Success experience in EdTech SaaS and a proven record of meeting sales quotas or renewal targets; experience in education administration and/or startups is preferred.

Compensation: $100Kβ$115K/yr
