Location: This remote position can be performed from several states including CA, TX, NY, and more across the USA.

Compensation: $20 - $22 / Hourly

A team of results driven, operations focused individuals striving to exemplify that #safety-is-everything by guiding Hopeful CareDrivers through our certification process, determining if they will be a strong fit for our platform. We have a keen eye for detail and take pride in making sure that all CareDrivers meet or exceed all expectations contained within our 15 point certification process, ensuring that all HopSkipDrive Riders and CareGivers feel safe, comfortable and confident in our ability to provide mobility options to children all around the US. We do, and you will, support the business through the following responsibilities:

• Verify and validate driver documentation
• Execute and analyze various background checks, ensuring adherence to established criteria
• Retrieve and evaluate motor vehicle reports to assess driver history
• Deliver timely and effective customer support through online channels
• Proactively identify and address issues, reporting key trends to leadership
• Compile and organize driver information into comprehensive profiles
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on observed demeanor and communication
• Streamline candidate progression to ensure efficient and timely completion

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $20 - $22hr. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
