Qualifications: Several years of experience as a UX Designer with a proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile application design. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Location: In-Person - Pune
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000/year based on senior-level seniority and Pune location.

MindTickle is looking to add a rockstars 'Sr. UX Designer' to our team! As a ‘Sr. UX Designer' you are accountable for clean, minimal and engaging user experience of our web application and mobile application. 

The responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and analyzing user requirements to drive key design decision.
  • Working closely with Product Management team to define scope and use-cases using prioritization frameworks.
  • Designing information architecture and workflows for intuitive and effortless navigation.
  • Deliver design solutions in form of design spec, taskflow diagrams, wireframes and HTML ready UI.
  • Follow iterative and lean UX approach while designing features.
  • Maintain a very high standard of user experience.
