Role Snapshot

Lead a sales team at Clover Learning to drive growth in the healthcare education sector through consultative sales strategies and client relationship management. This remote manager role focuses on team development and revenue achievement in the diagnostic imaging education market.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, implement sales strategies, conduct performance reviews, and lead training sessions on consultative selling techniques. Coach team members on achieving revenue expectations, establish sales practices, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales leadership experience, strong financial acumen with forecasting and P&L analysis, CRM proficiency, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and demonstrated capability to coach and develop sales teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; 3-5 years of sales experience in education or healthcare required with at least 3 years of sales leadership experience.
Location: Illinois
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
