Role Snapshot

Career Partnerships Lead at Stepful will own the growth of a national network of 6,000+ clinical hiring partners, developing initiatives to secure experiential learning opportunities and career pathways for healthcare students. This role is critical to Stepful's mission of expanding access to quality healthcare talent pipelines across the country.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations for the clinical partner network, recruit and onboard new partners ranging from individual practices to large hospital systems, and optimize processes for partner activation, retention, and expansion. Monitor key metrics including site activation and seat retention, collaborate with enterprise sales on capacity unlocking, and serve as the internal advocate for partner needs across product and learning teams.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of experience in consulting and startups with demonstrated expertise in marketplace supply scaling, team management, and analytical problem-solving. Strong commercial acumen, passion for education and workforce development, and experience in B2B sales or healthcare is a plus.
Qualifications: 10+ years in consulting and startups with experience scaling marketplace supply and managing teams, plus a drive to build new operational functions. Background in related fields like B2B sales or healthcare is preferred.
Location: 408 Broadway, New York
Compensation: $180K–$200K/yr
