Role Snapshot

Regional Vice President of Agentic Sales at Eightfold responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales organization focused on innovative AI-driven talent acquisition solutions. This founding leadership role involves establishing sales processes, forecasting models, and driving enterprise deal strategy in the Chicago market.

Key Responsibilities: Build and lead the founding sales organization, establish predictable pipeline generation through disciplined sales methodology, and implement performance dashboards and QA frameworks. Work cross-functionally with Account Executives on enterprise deals, design onboarding programs for AI fluency, and coach team members on translating technical concepts into business value.
Skills & Tools: Proven B2B SaaS sales leadership with strong coaching and team-building abilities; expertise in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) and experience with technical or AI/ML products preferred. Requires authentic AI expertise, direct communication style, player-coach mentality, and ability to thrive in ambiguity while building cross-functional partnerships.
Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years leading high-performing inside sales or SMB teams, proven track record of building teams from scratch or scaling 3x+, and experience managing $5M+ team quotas with consistent attainment. Demonstrated history of promoting team members and developing future leaders required.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $130K–$200K/yr
