Role Snapshot
The Veeam Renewal Support Specialist at CDW supports the renewal process by quoting transactional renewals and collaborating with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate renewal opportunities. This role focuses on existing contracts and contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through attention to detail and responsiveness.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and attention to detail. Time-management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work under pressure with experience in technology sales support preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in Renewal Support or a related field required. Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $25–$35/hr
