Role Snapshot

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and attention to detail. Time-management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work under pressure with experience in technology sales support preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in Renewal Support or a related field required. Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $25–$35/hr
