Role and Responsibilities Role Overview: Samsung Electronics America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Display division. The Sales Enablement Specialist drives rep productivity and revenue growth by combining training programs, content management, and tech stack administration. This role owns the daily execution of learning paths via an LMS and ensures alignment with CRM data and seller workflows in Salesforce for key display categories. This role is central to equipping our sales organization with the tools, training, content, and processes needed to engage buyers effectively and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner who thrives at the intersection of sales, learning & development, and technology.
Essential Duties: Content
Curation: Organize and maintain sales collateral for key categories (pitch decks, battle cards, demo content) so reps can easily find and use them during deals
LMS/CMS Management: Build, update, and track self-paced courses, video modules, and certification exams inside the corporate
Learning Management System Salesforce Integration: Monitor event/activation ROI, training completion, and tie learning data directly to seller metrics and pipeline stages
Onboarding & Training: Support 30-60-90 day ramp programs for new sales reps to master systems, processes, product features, objection handling, and sales methodologies Cross-Functional
Alignment: Partner with product marketing, integrated marketing and sales operations to translate feature updates into ready-to-use talk tracks
Necessary Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver training programs across multiple formats: eLearning, live instructor-led, and virtual Strong proficiency with sales and enablement platforms (Salesforce/Highspot/Absorb) experience a significant plus) Experience building and managing content for complex B2B sales cycles, including sell-in decks, playbooks, and competitive messaging Working knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies as applied to sales productivity Excellent project management skills able to juggle multiple concurrent deliverables across ad-hoc, weekly, quarterly, and annual rhythms Outstanding communication and facilitation skills; equally comfortable presenting to a small team or a large partner audience A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Nice to have: Experience with Display, AV, or consumer electronics product lines. Familiarity with NPI (new product introduction) processes and partner GTM programs. Background in instructional design or learning experience design (LXD). Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate). Skills and
Qualifications Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, ideally within consumer electronics, B2B technology, or retail channels.
