Role Snapshot
The Associate Machine Learning Educator enhances AI literacy and empowers startups through training, educational content development, and machine learning expertise. This role drives client success by providing guidance on ML projects, strategies, and best practices in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with startup clients on machine learning projects, leads ML exploration workshops, and serves as a trusted advisor on AI/ML solutions. Develops and delivers high-quality educational content, gathers feedback on training effectiveness, and provides mentorship to peers and students while staying current on AI advancements.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in machine learning, curriculum development, and exceptional communication and organizational skills; proficiency in eLearning systems preferred. Scientific knowledge and ability to guide exploration and development efforts, with strong capacity to foster supportive learning environments and facilitate group collaboration.
Qualifications: Post-secondary degree in Machine Learning, Education, or related fields with 1-3 years of applied AI experience. Experience with startups is desirable.

Compensation: CA$70K–CA$90K/yr
