Summary

Lead omni-channel marketing initiatives for healthcare continuing education, engaging licensed healthcare professionals through strategic campaigns that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and learner retention.

Key Responsibilities: Develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with licensure cycles, lead cross-channel campaign planning and execution (digital and traditional), manage direct reports and coordinate with creative teams, and oversee campaign performance optimization across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and direct mail.

Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in omni-channel marketing, proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, GA4), SEO optimization, content strategy development, social media management, and excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 6+ years of marketing experience and at least 2+ years in a senior marketing role; familiarity with CEU markets and healthcare continuing education space is preferred.
