Skills & Tools: 8-10 years of recruitment experience with proven headhunting expertise; proficiency in Indeed, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms; excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage recruitment data, multitask across multiple requisitions, and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications: 8-10 years of recruitment experience in IT and EdTech sectors with demonstrated headhunting capabilities. Ability to work flexibly across IST and US time zones (EST/CST/PST) required.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing of resume to the final onboarding of the candidate.
- Source and recruit IT, Non-IT, and SME professionals for the US EdTech domain.
- Implement best practices to identify, screen, and engage top-tier talent.
- Work closely with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure seamless candidate experience.
Must Have Skills
- Should have experience in Head Hunting
- Proficiency in using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a "people person" attitude.
Good to Have Skills
- Ability to manage recruitment data and reports with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in both IST and US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
- Should be able to multitask and manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
