Summary

The Manager, Technology Logistics and Technical Services oversees the technical supply chain and provides IT support across 25+ campuses, managing logistics coordination, asset refurbishment, and remote Level 1/2 troubleshooting for education technology.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate vendor shipments and inbound/outbound logistics for technology equipment, manage inventory and shipping operations, perform hands-on hardware repair and device refurbishment, and provide remote technical support to multiple campuses while supervising lab operations and staff.

Skills & Tools: Strong IT technical support and hardware repair capabilities, logistics and inventory management expertise, Level 1/2 troubleshooting proficiency, and excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications: An Associate's degree in IT, Logistics, or related field is preferred (or equivalent professional experience), along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, and 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT technical support and/or hardware repair.

Location: Hybrid in Brooklyn, New York, United States

Compensation: $60,000 – $71,000 / annually
