Key Responsibilities: Reviews, analyzes, and compiles quality, clinical, and operational data to prepare routine and annual reports for leadership and regulatory compliance; monitors pathologist-specific quality indicators and conducts audits. Assists with inspection readiness, develops standardized reporting processes, leads Quality Department HRO Huddles, and supports professional practice evaluations and pathologist onboarding.
Skills & Tools: Advanced data analysis, reporting, and compliance monitoring; proficiency with regulatory standards (CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, CoC); strong communication and presentation abilities. Leadership and project management skills with the ability to partner across departments and present findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; experience in healthcare data management, quality assurance, or compliance preferred. Background in laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, or healthcare analytics is beneficial; prior experience with CAP/JCAHO accreditation standards is advantageous.

Job Title: Data Management Senior Analyst - Anatomic Pathology Department: Medicine | Pathology Position Summary The Data Management Senior Analyst is responsible for leading quality analytics, reporting, and compliance efforts within the Department of Pathology, supporting leadership including the Laboratory Medical Director and Chief Quality Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Anatomic Pathology (AP) Operations Director, AP Associate Operations Director, and AP Lab Compliance Manager. This role oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of administrative, clinical, and operational data to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, CoC, and NY guidelines). The role monitors pathologist quality indicators, prepares internal and external reports, conducts audits, and identifies opportunities for quality improvement. Reviews, analyzes, and compiles quality, clinical, and operational data; Prepares routine and annual reports for leadership and regulatory compliance; Monitors and reports pathologist-specific quality indicators. Ensures adherence to CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, CoC, and NY guidelines; Supports inspection readiness and accreditation activities; Develops and implements standardized reporting processes; Assists AP Lab Compliance Manager with internal audits for AP laboratories, and reports results to AP lab managers. Manages collection of monthly subspecialty and provider-level statistics; Leads Quality Department HRO Huddles and participates in tiered huddles; Assists with inspection readiness with AP leadership and compliance teams. Assists with distribution and tracking of alternative proficiency testing for pathologist interpretation only locations. Partners with pathology leadership and division directors; Presents findings and recommendations at operations and quality meetings; Supports professional practice evaluations and performance assessments; Assists with pathologist onboarding. Supports Medical Director and Chief Quality Officer with AI quality projects, and initiatives. This position reports directly to the Anatomic Pathology Lab Compliance Manager and provides cross-functional support to departmental leadership. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Health Sciences, Computer Science or relevant field. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
