Role Snapshot
Lead institutional data analyst responsible for developing projections, trend analysis, and advanced reporting to support student success and institutional goals. Contributes to analytical tools and dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making across the university.
Key Responsibilities: Develop data projections and trend analyses aligned with student success initiatives; create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations across web, mobile, and desktop platforms; conduct complex data analysis to support institutional goal-setting and decision-making processes.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency with enterprise analytical software, SQL query development, data visualization, and dashboard creation; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with excellent communication skills for translating data insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, computer science, or related field with 5+ years of institutional data analysis or business analytics experience; demonstrated expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and enterprise reporting platforms.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $95K–$135K/yr (estimated)
Job Description
This position will develop projections and trend analysis to identify and support across Student Success and institutional goals. This position will also support advanced reporting requests, including institutional goal setting and future projections. Contributes to the development of analytical tools, including but not limited to queries, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations on web, mobile, and desktop platforms using enterprise analytical software. Complete complex analysis of data to support the decision-making process.
