Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one or small group Math and ELA tutoring sessions virtually during specified morning hours (8am-11am EST). Assess student needs, develop customized lesson plans, and track student progress.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in K-8 Math and ELA curriculum with excellent communication and patience for working with young students. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and maintain engagement in virtual environments.
Qualifications: Teaching experience or subject matter expertise in Math and ELA preferred; background in education or tutoring highly valued. Valid identification and ability to work with students in a professional, virtual capacity.
