Role Snapshot
Overnight Technical Support Specialist (Tier-2) at Leepfrog Technologies provides front-line technical support to international CourseLeaf clients during night and weekend shifts, managing software troubleshooting and client communication.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client communication through ticketing systems and phone support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, assist with after-hours system administration, and prioritize/escalate client requests as needed.
Skills & Tools: Excellent oral and written communication, strong client orientation, planning and time management abilities, problem-solving in dynamic environments, teamwork, and knowledge of web browsers and general troubleshooting. Optional: light JavaScript/HTML/SQL/CSS knowledge.
Qualifications: Some college preferred or two years of related technical support experience; customer support experience strongly preferred and high internet literacy with knowledge of web systems required.
Location: Iowa City, Iowa
Compensation: $45Kβ$60K/yr
