Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions in San Francisco to implement behavior interventions and support children's skill development using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities: Implement Behavior Intervention Plans, manage challenging behaviors using ABA techniques, collect behavioral data, and support teachers and staff in school settings.
Skills & Tools: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) expertise, direct student interaction ability, strong communication and mentoring skills, and bilingual Spanish proficiency (preferred).
Qualifications: Associate's Degree in related fields (Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or SLP-A) preferred; 6 months ABA experience required, RBT Certification preferred but not required, and valid driver's license mandatory.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $28–$32/hr
