Key Responsibilities: Oversee Teaching & Learning Strategists to identify pedagogical insights, develop instructor relationships, and inform go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Learning Science teams to translate field insights into actionable recommendations that align pedagogical perspectives with business outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and team leadership abilities with expertise connecting pedagogy to business outcomes in higher education. Demonstrated capacity to bridge educational strategy with product development and market positioning.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required; preferred qualifications include teaching experience in higher education, educational technology experience, and curriculum design expertise.

Compensation: $125Kβ$145K/yr
