Summary
Senior Campaign Operations Strategist at Grammarly to lead end-to-end operational execution of events and campaigns, driving top-of-funnel campaign performance and scalable processes for enterprise and education audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Own operational execution for field and strategic events including technical setup, lead routing, and pipeline measurement. Partner with Demand Gen, Sales Ops, and Data teams to design and optimize multi-channel campaigns while monitoring performance, automating workflows, and improving data integrity across marketing systems.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot/SFMC), proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Hightouch, and event management systems. Strong ability to monitor campaign performance metrics, optimize workflows, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B campaign operations, demand generation, or event operations experience, preferably in SaaS environments. Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing multi-channel campaign operations with strong understanding of lead metrics, funnel stewardship, and data integrity.
Location: Hybrid in United States or Canada
Compensation: $118,000 – $163,000/year
