Summary
Lead institutional fundraising efforts for the National Math and Science Initiative as Senior Director of Philanthropy, focusing on corporate and foundation relations to drive strategic revenue growth and mission impact. Manage high-value donor portfolios and oversee grant writing processes while leading a team remotely across the contiguous United States.
Key Responsibilities: Own corporate and foundation philanthropy strategy including prospecting, portfolio segmentation, and donor cultivation; manage high-value donor portfolios for six- and seven-figure investments with disciplined moves management. Lead grant writing, reporting processes, Salesforce data management, and cross-functional collaboration to advance the fundraising pipeline.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in institutional fundraising, grant writing, and donor relationship management with strong communication and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Salesforce, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making with proven ability to develop compelling funding narratives.
Qualifications: Minimum five years of experience in institutional fundraising with a proven track record of securing significant donations and developing strong corporate and foundation partnerships. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale fundraising initiatives and leading high-performing teams.
Location: the contiguous United States
Compensation: $162K–$186K/yr
