Summary

Kiddom seeks a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee print curriculum distribution and inventory management for their educational platform. The role ensures efficient order processing, vendor management, and cost-effective operations while supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain inventory management systems aligned with growth projections, manage order intake and fulfillment timelines with proactive tracking, and handle daily vendor interactions including purchase orders, quality control, and cost management.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in inventory management systems and ERP implementation, strong vendor and supplier relationship management, and proficiency in process automation and quality control. Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to balance on-demand printing and traditional inventory strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in supply chain management, preferably in print distribution or educational materials.

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year

Kiddom is looking for a Talented Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join out team. The ideal candidate will oversee the logistics of print curriculum distribution, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate inventory tracking, and effective customer order fulfillment.


You will also manage day-to-day vendor relationships to ensure Kiddom’s print supply chain operates efficiently and meets customer expectations, while driving process automation, quality control, and cost management.

You will...

  • Inventory Management and Systems Implementation: Develop and maintain an inventory management system that aligns with growth projections; oversee stock levels, balancing on-demand printing and traditional inventory to meet demand efficiently, manage cash flow prudently, and mitigate the risks associated with forecast uncertainty
  • Order Fulfillment and Tracking: Manage order intake and track fulfillment timelines, providing timely updates and resolving potential delays proactively
  • Vendor and Supplier Relations: Handle daily vendor interactions, including managing purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and cost-effective solutions; collaborate on vendor selection to meet quality and performance standards


What we're looking for...

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in print distribution or educational materials
  • Proven experience with inventory management systems and ERP implementation


$80,000 - $120,000 a year


Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
