Role Snapshot
HMH seeks an Intervention Content Specialist to deliver customized pre-sales support to school customers through presentations, software demos, and product training. The role drives revenue growth by collaborating with sales partners and addressing customer needs with extensive US travel.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored virtual and onsite product presentations, platform demonstrations, and live software demos to school customers while collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success teams. Create Camtasia videos, provide sales pilot support, handle customer objections, and deliver data-driven presentations to support annual renewable revenue.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities with proficiency in Zoom, PowerPoint, Teams, and Camtasia. Demonstrated understanding of K-12 education, pedagogical approaches, and ability to position products against competitors while learning Salesforce and other HMH software.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with graduate degree preferred; minimum five years of K-12 teaching experience, preferably in ELD or intervention. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
