Director of School Safety Strategy, Technology & Partnerships at Navigate360, serving as a trusted expert advisor to K-12 school districts and law enforcement to enhance campus safety through the Campus360 platform. This high-impact, market-facing leadership role focuses on building relationships, driving adoption, and positioning Navigate360 as a category leader in school safety preparedness.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with district leadership, safety directors, and law enforcement; serve as peer-level advisor during complex district evaluations; support strategic sales efforts and executive presentations; represent Navigate360 at conferences and industry events; engage with districts during implementation to ensure operational alignment.
Skills & Tools: Proven expertise in school safety operations and district-level decision-making; strong communication and public speaking abilities; ability to influence stakeholders from school administrators to law enforcement; credibility in emergency preparedness and incident response coordination.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with over 5 years of experience in school safety leadership, law enforcement, or roles vital to school safety environments. Firsthand understanding of district-level decision-making, emergency preparedness, and public accountability is essential.
Location: Richfield, Ohio
Compensation: $80K–$130K/yr
