Navigate360 is expanding Campus360 to serve as a unified, modern alternative to legacy and point-based safety and incident response systems. We are seeking a Director of School Safety Strategy, Technology, & Partnerships to serve as a trusted expert, advisor, and external ambassador for our Campus360 platform.

This role is designed for a highly credible school safety professional — someone who understands firsthand the realities of district-level decision-making, emergency preparedness, law enforcement coordination, and public accountability. In this role you will play a critical role in influencing adoption, building trust, supporting complex district evaluations, and strengthening Navigate360’s reputation as a category leader in school safety preparedness and incident management.

This is a high-impact, market-facing leadership role focused on relationships, credibility, and real-world alignment. In school safety, trust is earned — not marketed. Districts evaluating critical safety systems need more than product features; they need confidence, operational alignment, and a partner who understands their world.

 Duties / Responsibilities:

Serve as a Trusted Safety Advisor

Build and maintain relationships with superintendents, school safety directors, chiefs of police, SROs, emergency managers, and district leadership teams. Engage directly with districts evaluating Campus360 to provide expert-level perspective on best practices, compliance considerations, and implementation realities. Act as a peer-level advisor to school and law enforcement leaders.

Support Strategic Sales & Growth Efforts

Partner with Sales to support complex district evaluations and strategic pursuits. Participate in executive-level presentations and safety planning conversations. Provide credibility in competitive situations involving other campus safety providers. Translate operational safety challenges into strategic solution positioning.

Represent Navigate360 in the Field

Speak at conferences, regional safety summits, and professional association events. Participate in panels and thought leadership opportunities. Contribute to white papers, webinars, and industry-facing content. Serve as an external face of Campus360 and Navigate360’s safety philosophy.

Support Implementation & Adoption

Engage with districts during onboarding and implementation to ensure alignment with operational realities. Provide subject matter input on safety protocols, law enforcement coordination, and emergency response workflows. Help bridge communication between district safety teams and internal product or implementation teams.

Inform Product & Strategy

Provide structured market feedback to Product leadership regarding district needs, regulatory shifts, and evolving safety expectations. Identify emerging trends across districts and law enforcement partners. Serve as a real-world validation layer for product roadmap alignment. Other projects as assigned

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field 5 or more years of being an Assistant Superintendent with safety responsibilities, School or Campus Safety Director, SRO, or Law Enforcement with School or campus responsibility Significant experience in school safety, district safety leadership, law enforcement, emergency management, or a related public safety role. Deep understanding of K–12 safety operations, including emergency response coordination, reunification protocols, visitor management, and threat assessment processes. Established credibility with school administrators, district leaders, and law enforcement agencies. Strong executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with superintendents, chiefs, and boards. Experience speaking publicly at conferences or professional gatherings. Comfort operating in consultative, influence-driven environments. Ability to translate operational safety realities into strategic conversations. High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive discussions around school safety.

Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. 

Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
