Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education is hiring a Master's degree-holding SLP Supervisor to oversee SLPA candidates in school-based settings for the 2025-2026 school year, ensuring adherence to educational guidelines while empowering children's speech development.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise SLPA candidates according to state and federal guidelines, review student records and evaluate treatment decisions, develop IEP goals, attend IEP meetings, and guide professional development completion of 12 hours continuing education every two years.
Skills & Tools: Strong supervision and mentoring abilities, knowledge of ASHA guidelines, proficiency in IEP development and progress note documentation, and demonstrated clinical expertise in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current California SLP license, and minimum 5 years post-CF experience required; ASHA certificate of competence and initial 6-hour supervision training completion preferred.
