Role Snapshot

Ascend Learning seeks a Manager of Sales for Clover Learning to lead a sales team in driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team development, and coaching. This remote role oversees sales representatives in educational institutions and health systems across a multi-state territory.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and provide training and coaching on consultative sales techniques. Conduct performance reviews, participate in forecasting meetings, lead weekly sales meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally to accomplish organizational objectives.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales leadership experience, strong financial acumen in forecasting and P&L analysis, and proficiency with CRM tools. Excellent communication, coaching, and collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of sales experience in education or healthcare sectors and 3 years in a leadership role. Strong professionalism and track record of successfully establishing and implementing sales practices.
Location: Arkansas
Compensation: $85K–$135K/yr
