As a Consumer Insights Analyst at Colibri Group, you will design, deploy, and analyze Voice of the Customer surveys using Qualtrics to gather critical feedback on customer satisfaction and experience. You'll translate data findings into actionable insights that drive business decisions across multiple brands and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities: Program and manage Qualtrics surveys with automated workflows and integrations, analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and opportunities, and create professional reports and presentations communicating insights to senior management. You'll support both ongoing VOC programs and ad hoc research initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and other business units.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Qualtrics survey programming, workflow automation, and platform integrations, combined with strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex research data into clear, business-focused recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 2-5 years of proven experience in consumer insights, market research, or analyst roles. Hands-on experience supporting both structured feedback programs and ad hoc research initiatives required.

Job Description
Position Overview
As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for programming, deploying, and analyzing VOC surveys that provide crucial feedback on customer satisfaction, experience, and expectations. You will use Qualtrics to design and manage surveys, configure triggers for closed-loop follow-ups, integrate Qualtrics with our CRMs for automated survey deployment, and set up automated email notifications. Additionally, you will create professional PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate your findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise in Qualtrics, advanced data analysis capabilities, and the ability to present insights clearly and compellingly.
What You'll Do :
Support the Consumer Insights team in managing and evolving Voice of the Customer programs across brands, including surveys tied to key customer interactions
Help build, maintain, and troubleshoot survey workflows, automations, and integrations within Qualtrics and connected platforms
Design, launch, and manage ad hoc surveys and research projects in partnership with stakeholders across marketing, product, and other business teams
Analyze quantitative and qualitative research findings to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable customer insights
Create clear, well-organized reports and presentations that translate data into meaningful recommendations for business partners
Present insights to cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted partner in helping stakeholders interpret research results
Partner with internal teams across multiple ecosystems to support their ongoing research needs and prioritize high-impact work
Collaborate closely with the Consumer Insights team to expand in-house capabilities and reduce reliance on external support where appropriate
Maintain accuracy and consistency in research execution, data handling, and reporting deliverables.
Contribute to team projects that support broader business initiatives and strategic decision-making
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2-5 years of proven experience in a consumer insights, market research, customer insights, or analyst role
Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey programming, workflow automation, and platform integrations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research data into clear findings and business-focused recommendations
Experience supporting both structured feedback programs and ad hoc research initiatives
Confidence creating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear, consultative manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Comfort working in a growing function where processes may evolve and team members contribute across a range of initiatives
Experience in education, certification, or a similarly customer-focused industry is helpful, but not required
