Role Snapshot

Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives at Oxford University Press to promote digital course materials and pedagogical solutions to colleges and universities. This role directly impacts student learning outcomes while managing sales performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Reps to promote digital course materials, ensure adoption, and achieve financial goals across assigned territories. Support post-adoption activities, train new hires, and collaborate with the Head of North American Sales on team initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong digital literacy, computer skills, exceptional communication (oral and written), organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems and video conferencing tools. Leadership, delegation, problem-solving, and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams required.
Qualifications: Experience in the Higher Education industry and with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred. Leadership experience and demonstrated ability to manage teams with high attention to detail and accountability standards required.
Location: Cary, North Carolina
Compensation: $55K–$74K/yr
