Role Snapshot

Junior Training Specialist responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for Contact Center employees at Clickedu, a Sanoma Learning company. The role focuses on onboarding, skill development, and ongoing performance support to enhance team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver onboarding and upskilling training sessions, create training schedules based on business needs, develop training materials, monitor training effectiveness, and provide ongoing support to new and existing Contact Center staff. Collaborate with team leaders and quality specialists to continuously improve employee competencies.

Skills & Tools: Strong training delivery and presentation abilities, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, independent and self-motivated work style, proficiency in English (required), and familiarity with training tools and reporting systems (preferred).

Qualifications: Experience working in a Contact Center environment or training field required. Knowledge of training methodologies and ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

Location: Multiple locations

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is €20,000 – €26,000/year based on junior-level seniority, training specialist title, and Central European market rates.

Job Description Zakres obowiązków: Koordynowanie działań związanych z organizacją szkoleń i sesji rozwojowych dla pracowników Contact Center Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie szkoleń onboardingowych dla nowych pracowników Tworzenie harmonogramów szkoleń w oparciu o potrzeby zespołu i cele biznesowe Prowadzenie szkoleń doszkalających i sesji follow-up dla pracowników Opracowywanie materiałów szkoleniowych oraz dokumentacji związanej ze szkoleniami Monitorowanie efektów szkoleń i udzielanie informacji zwrotnej dotyczącej wdrażania nowej wiedzy i umiejętności w codziennej pracy Aktywne wspieranie procesu wdrożenia nowych pracowników w okresie próbnym Udzielanie bieżącej informacji zwrotnej dotyczącej postępów w pracy Zapewnianie wsparcia merytorycznego i technicznego nowym pracownikom w pierwszych tygodniach pracy Bieżące wspieranie konsultantów podczas kontaktu z klientem Weryfikowanie poziomu wiedzy pracowników Contact Center Współpraca z kierownikami, koordynatorami zespołów oraz specjalistami ds. jakości w celu ciągłego podnoszenia kompetencji pracowników Realizacja dodatkowych zadań zleconych przez przełożonego w zakresie posiadanych kompetencji
