Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar HR role, preferably in an international environment; strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Location: In-Person - Gdańsk, Poland
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is €55,000 – €75,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support across a wide range of HR areas. You will play a key role in driving business performance by translating business needs into effective people strategies and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide advice and coaching to managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Lead and support key HR initiatives including annual performance reviews, salary reviews, employee engagement activities, and talent management processes. Work closely with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the wider HR team (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver consistent and integrated HR services. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth communication throughout transformation processes. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

Equirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment. Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
