Summary

The Asset Manager, Digital Development collaborates with interactive teams to manage all assets for a large-scale educational game project, focusing on audio scripts, production documentation, and digital content quality assurance for a literacy and language education company.

Key Responsibilities: Manages file assets, generates voiceover scripts and asset lists, coordinates with production teams, prepares content spreadsheets, generates alt text for images, and assists with QA fixes related to digital content. Tracks stock photo selections, manages game thumbnail images, and populates metadata in spreadsheets.
Skills & Tools: Requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and Word, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Jira, Photoshop, Figma, audio editing software, and Spanish language skills are advantageous.
Qualifications: Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in asset management or digital production roles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and deadline management.

Position Purpose:

The Asset Manager, Digital Development will work collaboratively with the interactive team (content, design, audio, and digital production) to manage all assets for a large-scale game project. Responsible for generating and managing audio scripts and asset lists and preparing documentation and assets for production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • File management of all assets
  • Generate voiceover scripts and asset lists from authored content
  • Coordinate needs, feedback, and asset delivery with in-house and offshore art production and audio teams
  • Routing and tracking stock photo selections with photo team and vendors
  • Generate and manage alt text for all images
  • Prepare content spreadsheets for digital production
  • Assist with minor QA fixes related to spreadsheet errors
  • Assist with development of alt text assets as needed
  • Checking and populating metadata, content titles, and other information needs in spreadsheets
  • Management of all game thumbnail images

Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with Jira, Photoshop, Figma, and audio editing software, a plus
  • Familiarity with Spanish, a plus
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
