Role Snapshot

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking School Psychologists to provide psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and special education support services for the 2024-2025 school year. This role impacts students' educational outcomes and eligibility for special education services in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational assessments and prepare legally defensible reports, certify student eligibility for special education, participate in IEP meetings, and provide counseling and consultative support to students, families, and school staff on mental health and behavioral issues.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, interpersonal, writing, and listening skills with the ability to work collaboratively in teams. Proficiency in conducting assessments, preparing reports, and consulting on special education procedures and child development matters.
Qualifications: California PPS Credential required with fingerprint background clearance and tuberculosis clearance. Strong professional background in school psychology with demonstrated expertise in psychoeducational assessment and special education compliance.
Location: Petaluma, California
Compensation: $88K–$120K/yr
