The Associate Lifecycle Marketing Manager executes marketing campaigns in systems such as Marketo and Intercom, including building and QAing nurture email programs, one-off email campaigns, and in-app flows. They work on campaigns that support the entire customer journey including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
They have a deep understanding of how to build email campaigns in Marketo including developing emails, segmenting the lists, building the deployment mechanisms, and setting up reporting. They utilize Marketo’s nurture programs to create complex campaigns based on business objectives. They understand how their work supports the overall customer experience.
The Associate Marketing Manager, Campaign Operations measures the success of nurture and one-off campaigns by analyzing performance and making ongoing recommendations for improvement. They collaborate with other teams including product marketing, content, and design to source assets to fulfill campaign needs.
The Associate Lifecycle Marketing Manager reports to TBD, and contributes to the success of the Global Integrated Marketing team.

What You'll Do:- Execute, measure, and optimize marketing automation campaigns to support the entire buying funnel for all Articulate products
- Perform day-to-day email marketing activities, such as setting up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deploying one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic campaigns in Marketo and In app
- QA new and updated marketing automation infrastructure and emails and ensure all of our emails meet quality and compliance standards
- Work cross-functionally to source content and design assets as needed
- Drive email optimization and A/B testing
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders to provide insights that can help inform strategy
- Maintain email and campaign inventory, including removing and archiving old assets
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team on cross-channel campaigns
- Communicate proactively with peers, managers, and leadership on plans, progress, and challenges
What You Should Have:- 3+ years of direct experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or related fields (required)
- 2+ years of experience using Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform (required)
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in reporting and data analysis to extract meaning and present recommended actions
- Excellent project management abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills when working with teammates who may be data-driven or more qualitative
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation to build lists and audiences
- Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
- Trustworthy, thoughtful, and a doer
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

$62,600 - $94,000 a year
The pay range for this position is $62,600 to $94,000 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
