Role Snapshot
Desktop Operations Intern at Kaplan provides support for IT infrastructure and end-user computing environments. The role offers hands-on experience in managing desktop systems and contributing to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with desktop support, system maintenance, software deployments, and user troubleshooting. Provide technical support to end users and help maintain IT infrastructure and hardware assets.
Skills & Tools: Basic knowledge of operating systems, desktop support, and IT troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with IT teams.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a computer science, IT, or related field. Minimum 0-1 year of IT support experience or relevant coursework preferred.
Location: 2 Locations
Compensation: $15/hr
