We are seeking a Product Evangelist to join our growing product marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Evangelism, Product Evangelists are cross-functional collaborators who partner with sales and marketing to develop high-value opportunities by demonstrating the value of Articulate products.
In this role, you’ll work closely with sales partners to help prospective customers understand the value of Articulate products for addressing their business and training challenges. You’ll also work closely with product marketing and sales enablement to help ensure field team readiness for delivering value-based product and feature messaging and support marketing initiatives with product demos.

What You'll Do:- Serve as an internal Articulate product and e-learning subject matter expert along the customer journey
- Partner with assigned sales teams to develop a deep understanding of prospect needs, and then use those insights to create engaging, custom product demonstrations that speak to those needs
- Enable field teams with go-to-market resources such as product/feature demonstrations, sample projects, talk tracks, flows, one-pagers, and leave-behinds
- Craft compelling customer-facing product demos, including sample projects, talk tracks, flows, one-pagers, and leave-behinds that capture key product marketing messages
- Create and deliver outstanding presentations and product demonstrations at live and virtual meetings and during events and webinars
- Continuously build your Articulate product expertise and e-learning industry expertise, staying abreast of relevant instructional design trends.
- Travel as needed for face-to-face customer demos, trade shows, and other in-person events
- Participate in and/or lead other special projects as assigned
What You Should Have: - 5+ years of experience creating effective customer-facing product demonstrations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, best practices, and effective field enablement strategies
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to quickly and effectively build trust and rapport with customers
- Passion for understanding customer needs and solving customer pain points
- Growth mindset and an interest in continuous improvement
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills with a warm, confident, and engaging presentation style
- The ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, high empathy, and a collaborative spirit
- A high degree of comfort with technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant job experience

$88,900 - $133,300 a year
The pay range for this position is $88,900 to $133,300 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
