Technology Analyst – Operations to shape and mature Engineering Operations within a large-scale SaaS environment by improving application health visibility, service reliability, and operational processes. Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support teams to transform operational chaos into scalable, data-driven practices.

Key Responsibilities: Build dashboards and service health reporting, analyze operational trends, improve alert quality and escalation logic, and help operationalize reliability practices. Define and improve Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes while reducing fragmentation across tools and workflows.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of observability and monitoring platforms, operational analytics, process design, and cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, think systemically, and drive decisions with data. Experience with modern operational tooling, AI-enabled operations, automation, and the ability to influence teams without formal authority.
Qualifications: Experience in Engineering Operations, SaaS environments, or similar operational roles with demonstrated success in building processes and improving operational systems. Knowledge of incident management, reliability practices, and observability platforms preferred; strong problem-solving and organizational skills required.

Help Build the Future of Engineering Operations

We’re looking for a Technology Analyst – Operations to help shape and mature Engineering Operations within a large-scale SaaS environment. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” operations role — it’s an opportunity to help define how operational excellence works across Engineering.

You’ll partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support teams to improve application health visibility, service reliability, operational analytics, and core operational processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

What You’ll Be Working On

Improve Application Health & Reliability

You’ll help Engineering teams answer critical questions like:

  • Is the application healthy?
  • Are services degrading before customers notice?
  • What operational signals matter most?
  • How do we reduce noise while improving visibility?

You’ll work with observability and monitoring platforms to:

  • Build dashboards and service health reporting
  • Analyze operational trends and performance patterns
  • Improve alert quality and escalation logic
  • Support implementation of APM and telemetry capabilities
  • Help Engineering teams operationalize reliability practices

Build Operational Processes That Engineers Actually Want to Use
