Role Snapshot

Support undergraduate Psychology students in achieving academic success by responding to inquiries, providing advising resources, and facilitating connections to departmental and university support services. Monitor and report on program effectiveness and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to student requests, advise students on department/college/university resources, support academic advising for Psychology majors, and manage data, communications, and marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on the success of student support efforts.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for student engagement, data management and reporting capabilities, and proficiency with communications and marketing resources. Ability to organize information, provide advising support, and work collaboratively with faculty and administrators.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; experience in higher education student services, academic advising, or student support roles preferred. Knowledge of university systems and resources beneficial.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

The position's main objective is to support engagement with undergraduate students to facilitate their success in the Department of Psychology. This position is responsible for responding to student requests and advising students in need of department, college, and university resources. Supports academic advising for Psychology majors. Manages data, communications, and/or marketing resources in support of the Department’s undergraduate students and educational programs. This position will monitor and report the success of these efforts.
