Summary

Partner Success Territory Manager role at Curriculum Associates managing a dedicated team to drive educational success by supporting K-8 educators and districts in optimizing their use of learning programs like i-Ready. The position serves as a first point of contact for new customers, building strong relationships and ensuring successful program implementation across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of Partner Success members who partner with district-level educators, review account usage trends, conduct regular check-ins, resolve educator issues, and serve as the lead point of contact between Implementation Service Teams and districts. Support educators in leveraging data, identify and cultivate district champions, and facilitate program renewals through relationship building with key decision makers.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and active listening skills, organizational capabilities, attention to detail, comfort with technology applications, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented approach are essential. Understanding of the classroom environment and ability to build relationships with educators and district leaders are crucial.
Qualifications: College degree in Education, Marketing, or Business is preferred, along with experience in K-12 leadership or Customer Success functions. Problem-solving skills and demonstrated team-oriented collaboration are essential.
Location: Remote from Missouri, United States with occasional travel (10%) for school visits and events.
Compensation: $60,750 – $99,750/year
