Role Snapshot

Senior Instructional Designer supporting USAA's Real Estate Lending operational change management by designing and developing strategic learning experiences that enhance employee performance and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with business SMEs to analyze learning needs, design engaging curriculum, and develop multi-media learning solutions; measure learning outcomes and performance effectiveness while collaborating cross-functionally and serving as liaison between design teams and stakeholders.

Skills & Tools: Advanced instructional design methodologies expertise, proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and learning technologies, strong project management and communication skills, ability to synthesize analyses and influence business solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience; 6+ years of progressive experience in complex instructional design projects with demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies and multimedia development tools.

Location: Tampa

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $85,000 – $110,000/year based on Senior Instructional Designer title, 6+ years of experience, and Tampa, Florida location.
