Key Responsibilities: Oversee finalization, certification, and delivery of AP Exams; work with content and technical teams to ensure exams meet defined processes and specifications; develop and manage schedules for time-sensitive deadlines; facilitate content validation and coordinate handoffs to delivery systems and vendors.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and operations experience with advanced Excel proficiency; exceptional communication and collaboration abilities; detail-oriented problem-solving in fast-paced environments; ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of project management experience required; experience with Smartsheet and MS Office preferred; familiarity with digital assessment delivery is beneficial.
Location: Remote from Virginia, United States of America; optional hybrid (Tuesday-Wednesday in office) for candidates near College Board offices; occasional domestic travel required (1-2 times per quarter).
Compensation: $56,000 – $90,000 / annually
